About Me

Hello, I welcome you to my creative portfolio! 

Let me tell you a little bit about myself:

My name is Isabelle Kwon, and I am a Digital Marketing and Creative Advertising Specialist based in Chicago, IL. I am a May 2023 Honors graduate from Indiana University Bloomington, where I majored in Media Advertisement and minored in Marketing. 

​

I am a proud second-generation Korean American- being a hard worker is in my blood. I am also an extremely bubbly, outgoing, and positive person who has multiple passions, including travel, fashion, film, and music; if you bring up any of those subjects around me, I could talk forever. The arts have always been a prominent feature within my life and came naturally to me, as I danced from age three until middle school, then pursued theater all four years of high school. Anything related to the arts, I have tried it.

 

I am a creative soul and always had a passion for creativity. 

There was a unit in my third-grade classroom about video editing, and I automatically fell in love. I remember my little eight-year-old self thinking, “This is it…this is what I am passionate about."

I took what I learned in the classroom and expanded my knowledge of video editing by making short videos for my family to enjoy, from silly parodies to traveling montages. 

 

I loved, and still love, the process of creatively thinking of an idea for a project and then developing that into content. 

 

As I grew up in the digital age, I manifested my love for video editing into my love for all types of content creation. I started to mold my expertise beyond video editing and developed graphic design, social media, photoshop, and write copy skill sets. I expanded these skill sets outside the classroom by working different in-house b2b and b2c marketing internships in college while creating graphics in my free time.

Post-graduation, I am looking to apply my skill sets and to keep expanding my knowledge. I am always open to meeting new people. If you would like to chat about my work or get to know me, do not hesitate to contact me!
